発明の概要(英語) Disclosed is a system which can increase the transcriptional activity of a specific promoter to increase the specific expression of a target gene. Specifically disclosed is a system for increasing the transcriptional activity of a specific promoter, which comprises a first expression cassette and a second expression cassette, wherein the first expression cassette comprises the specific promoter and DNA linked downstream of the specific promoter and prepared by fusing DNA that encodes a DNA binding domain of GAL4, DNA that encodes a glucocorticoid receptor (GR) having, inserted therein, DNA encoding polyglutamine (Poly Q), and DNA that encodes a transcription activation domain for VP16 in this order, the first expression cassette can express a transcriptional factor that is a fusion protein of a DNA binding domain of GAL4 (GAL4 DBD), a glucocorticoid receptor (GR) having, inserted therein, polyglutamine (Poly Q) or polyproline (PolyP) and a transcription activation domain, and the second expression cassette is responsible to the transcriptional factor and comprises a inducible promoter containing a GAL4 binding site (GAL4/TATA) and the target gene linked downstream of the inducible promoter.
