発明の名称 (英語) MICRO-DROPLET DISPENSING DEVICE コモンズ
発明の概要(英語) Provided is a microreactor of a simple structure wherein monodisperse droplets can be dispensed stably over a long term by making a simple improvement to a conventional microreactor. A microreactor (1) for dispensing liquid droplets by forming a fluid-flowing channel (2) by laminating a plurality of substrates so that fluid becoming a continuous phase shears fluid becoming a dispersed phase, wherein integrally laminated are: a channel substrate (5) in which channels (2) for passing the fluid of continuous phase and the fluid of dispersed phase, respectively, and a merging section (3b) of the channels (2) are opened; spacer substrates (4, 6) bonded to one or both sides of the channel substrate (5) and forming space portions (3a, 3c) each having a predetermined space in one vertical direction with respect to the merging section (3b) of the channel substrate (5); and lid substrates (7, 8) for bonding the spacer substrates (4, 6), respectively, to the opposite sides of the channel substrate (5) or bonding the spacer substrates to one side of the channel substrate (5) and then bonding the spacer substrates from the opposite outsides thereof thus closing the spacer substrates.
