発明の概要(英語) It is intended to provide an apparatus for separating an adsorbate whereby a material to be treated, which contains solid particles, a sticky substance and/or a water-soluble protein either singly or in the coexisting state, can be continuously treated and a method of continuously separating an adsorbate. In the above-described apparatus, the treatment is carried out by circulating a cyclic adsorbent. That is, a treating liquid is not passed through the adsorbent but brought into contact therewith to adsorb the adsorbate. After the desorption, the adsorbate having been desorbed is washed. Thus, it becomes possible to provide an apparatus for separating an adsorbate whereby even a material to be treated containing solid particles, a sticky substance and/or a water-soluble protein either singly or in the coexisting state can be continuously separated without resorting to a pretreatment and a method of continuously separating an adsorbate.
