発明の概要(英語) [PROBLEMS] To provide a wind turbine, a wind turbine generator, a hydraulic machine, and a fluid machine utilizing unsteady flow in which a flow utilizing a vortex line can be rendered to a stabilized flow, the velocity of wind to flow in can be increased, upsizing is possible and power can be generated with high output, and to provide a method for increasing the velocity of an internal flow. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A wind turbine generator (1) and a method for increasing the velocity of an internal flow of a fluid machine comprises a non-streamline wind tunnel body (2) which can form a stabilized vortex line on the tail flow side by internal and external flows, and an impeller (3) provided in the wind tunnel body (2). The wind tunnel body (2) has a vortex generator (2c) for forming a vortex line on the tail flow side, the vortex generator (2c) is provided with a phase controller (4) for arranging the phase of fluctuating vortex formation in the circumferential direction on the rear end face of the wind tunnel body (2), clarifying the cell structure formed in the circumferential direction of the wind tunnel body and fixing the position of each cell in each of a plurality of divided regions arranged in the circumferential direction on the surface of the wind tunnel body (2), and the velocity of the internal flow is increased by the phase controller.
