発明の概要(英語) A process for producing a molding for powder sintered compact, comprising carrying out centrifugal forming of a slurry containing a raw material powder, a binder resin and a dispersion medium in a shaping mold to thereby obtain a molding composed of the raw material powder and the binder resin; a process for producing a powder sintered compact, comprising sintering the molding; a molding for powder sintered compact comprising a raw material powder and, interposed between particles thereof, a binder resin capable of binding the raw material powder particles together; and a powder sintered compact obtained by sintering the molding. By this process for producing a molding for powder sintered compact, there can be obtained a molding for powder sintered compact that even when the configuration is highly complex, inhibits cracking or breakage, etc, and there can be obtained a molding for powder sintered compact that can be formed into a highly complex internal structure and configuration by machining. By this process for producing a powder sintered compact, there can be obtained a powder sintered compact with highly complex internal structure and configuration, such as a fuel injection nozzle for diesel engine, etc.
