発明の概要(英語) The apparatus for using for method of low cost massively synthesizing carbon nanotube and this method and the carbon nanotube arranged in the substrate at high density are provided. The high orientationally arranged carbon nanotube by the organic liquid accumulates the thin film consisting of the metal element on the substrate. The substrate (3) accumulating the thin film is exposed to the hydro plasma. The synthesizer may be formed of the water cooling pipe (6) in which the substrate holder (5) having the water cooling means (2), for cooling the liquid bath tub (1) in the outside of the liquid bath tub (1) and the electrode (4) maintaining the substrate (3) and for spilling the current on moreover, the substrate (3), and the organic liquid vapor disappearing from the liquid bath tub (1) are and condense cooled and returned in the liquid bath tub (1). According to this synthesizer, it is moreover safe the carbon nanotube can be synthesized with bulk, and the low cost. At high density, it has the effect that it is excellent of in that case which can be used in the various products synthesizing as the carbon nanotube bunch arranged with the highly orientated arrangement and requires the carbon nanotube, etc. that it is facilitated to use.
