発明の概要(英語) Provided are an anionic polymer, a polyion complex, and a ternary polymer composite, which are stable in a biological environment and are capable of realizing siRNA delivery without inducing an unwanted immune response. The anionic polymer contains a primary chain formed from repeating units which have carboxyl groups, and side chains which are bonded to a portion of the carboxyl groups of the primary chain and are represented by formula -A-B-X (where A is a residue having 1 or more aminoethyl bonds, B is a bond capable of being cleaved in vivo, and X is a low-molecular-weight RNA). The polyion complex contains the anionic polymer and a cationic polymer. The ternary polymer composite contains the polyion complex and a charge-conversion type polymer.
