発明の概要(英語) Disclosed is a flow sensor that measures the amount of a medium flowing within the tubular organs of an organism by mounting a flexible substrate, upon which a heater has been formed, within piping that has been disposed in a manner so as to follow the tubular organs of the organism in which the medium is flowing, and by detecting the condition of the heat quantity that is generated from the heater of the mounted flexible substrate and is being transferred to the medium. In the flow sensor, the heater within the piping and the temperature distribution by a linear member are configured so as to be symmetrical by at least two heaters, which have been formed upon the flexible substrate, respectively forming symmetrical structures with identical heating capabilities under identical conditions, and by linear members, which supply power to the heaters from the exterior of the organism, forming symmetrical structures with identical heating capabilities under identical conditions. Additionally, the plurality of linear members project in a manner so as to intersect from the interior of the tubular organs to the exterior of the organism.
