発明の概要(英語) Disclosed are: a double-stranded nucleic acid molecule such as siRNA which targets at least one of COX7RP gene and Efp gene which are estrogen-responsive genes and can inhibit the expression of the gene to thereby inhibit the proliferation of a cancer cell selected from an uterine cancer cell, a breast cancer cell and a bladder cancer cell effectively; a cancer cell proliferation inhibitor; and a pharmaceutical agent. Specifically disclosed are: a double-stranded nucleic acid molecule for inhibiting the expression of at least one of COX7RP gene and Efp gene, which comprises (a) a sense strand comprising a nucleotide sequence corresponding to any one of the target sequences depicted in SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:38 and (b) an antisense strand comprising a nucleotide sequence complementary to the sense strand (a); a cancer cell proliferation inhibitor for at least one of an uterine cancer cell, a breast cancer cell and a bladder cancer cell, which comprises the double-stranded nucleic acid molecule; and a therapeutic agent for at least one of uterine cancer, breast cancer and bladder cancer, which comprises the cancer cell proliferation inhibitor.
