NANOFIBER EXERTING EXCELLENT BIODEGRADABILITY AND BIOCOMPATIBILITY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAID NANOFIBER
The present invention provides a method for producing a nanofiber of an aliphatic polyester resin (biocompatible resin). The aforementioned method does not require cumbersome steps such as steps involving stretching, is capable of performing operations at room temperature, and yields a higher productivity than conventional methods. The method for producing a nanofiber of the present invention is characterized by involving: an extrusion step (1) for linearly extruding, into an aqueous solution (W) containing a surfactant (SF) and water, an organic solvent solution (S) containing an organic solvent (S1) and an aliphatic polyester resin (A0) or an oil-soluble low block copolymer (A) comprising a block derived from an aliphatic polyester resin (A1) and a block derived from a hydrophilic polymer (A2)
and a spinning step (2) for forming fiber comprising the aliphatic polyester resin (A0) or the oil-soluble low block copolymer (A) by receiving the organic solvent solution (S) linearly extruded in the aforementioned step (1) and by diffusing or distilling the organic solvent (S1) within the organic solvent solution (S) into the aqueous solution (W).
