発明の概要(英語) Provided is a new organic-acid-based catalyst enabling production of a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid by direct dehydration polycondensation of a hydroxycarboxylic acid such as L-lactic acid, specifically, an organic-acid-based catalyst comprising an amine salt of a sulfonic acid or a phosphine salt of a sulfonic acid for production of polyhydroxycarboxylic acids such as poly-L-lactic acid.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. A method of producing poly-L-lactic acid, comprising using an organic-acid-based catalyst containing an amine salt of sulfonic acid or a phosphine salt of sulfonic acid in production of the poly-L-lactic acid by dehydration polycondensation of L-lactic acid.

2. A method of producing a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid, comprising using an organic-acid-based catalyst containing an amine salt of sulfonic acid or a phosphine salt of sulfonic acid in production of the polyhydroxycarboxylic acid by dehydration polycondensation of a hydroxycacrboxylic acid.

A method of producing a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid copolymer, comprising using an organic-acid-based catalyst containing an amine salt of sulfonic acid or a phosphine salt of sulfonic acid in production of the hydroxycarboxylic acid copolymer by dehydration polycondensation of the two or more hydroxycarboxylic acids.

A method of producing a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid copolymer, comprising using an organic-acid-based catalyst containing an amine salt of sulfonic acid or a phosphine salt of sulfonic acid in production of the hydroxycarboxylic acid copolymer by ring-opening-dehydration polycondensation of a hydroxycarboxylic acid and a lactone.

5. The method of producing poly-L-lactic acid according to claim 1, wherein the sulfonic acid is a fluorine-substituted alkanesulfonic acid and the phosphine is triarylphosphine.

6. The method of producing poly-L-lactic acid according to claim 5, wherein the fluorine-substituted alkanesulfonic acid is a trifluoromethanesulfonic acid and the triarylphosphine is triphenylphosphine.
