PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FILM CONTAINING ORIENTED NANOTUBES OR NANOPARTICLES, AND THE FILM
A process for producing a film containing oriented nanotubes or nanoparticles is provided with which it is possible to orient nanotubes represented by CNT or nanoparticles using an electric field and produce, at low cost, a large-area film that contains the nanotubes or nanoparticles reliably oriented while inhibiting an influence of the electrodes. The process is characterized by comprising: a placement step in which a film precursor that contains nanotubes or nanoparticles is placed through a support over comb electrodes each configured of electrode wires having a circular cross-section
a voltage application step in which an alternating voltage is applied to the comb electrodes while keeping the film precursor held over the comb electrodes
and a film formation step in which the film precursor is converted to a film. As a result, a film which contains nanotubes or nanoparticles oriented along a plane direction of the film is produced.
