A binder-free battery (1) characterized by comprising: a positive electrode member (11) which is produced by forming a thin film (22) containing no conductive material or no binder and containing a prussian-blue-type cyano-crosslinked metal complex as an active material on the surface of a conductive member (21)
a negative electrode member (12) which becomes paired with the positive electrode member (11)
and an electrolyte which contains a lithium salt and is in contact with the positive electrode member (11) and the negative electrode member (12). It becomes possible to improve the cycle properties of a positive electrode member using a prussian blue analogue.
