SWEPT SOURCE OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPH AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING PHASE THEREOF
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the jitter between the wavelength scan of a light source and the timing at which data is collected by a light detector as a spectral interference signal, and to stabilize the phase of the tomograph without additional use of costly and complex hardware. Light is emitted from an SS-OCT wavelength-scanning light source (2) and is split into beams. Reference light reflected from a fixed reference mirror (8), and object light reflected by an object (6) to be measured are superposed on each other. A computer (16) generates a tomographic image on the basis of a spectral interference signal detected by a light detector (15). The computer is caused to function so that rough correction is performed by a first correction means and more detailed correction is performed by a second correction means, and the phase of the SS-OCT is stabilized.
