This mixing device (10) is provided with: signal data generating units (time-frequency conversion units) (11a, 11b), which convert, from each of two or more input signals derived from time domain signals, input signals to frequency domain signals, and generate signal data on a time-frequency plane comprising a time axis and a frequency axis
a signal processing unit (15) which receives the signal data for the two or more input signals, and performs a mixing process that includes adding the signal data for each point corresponding to a phase on the time-frequency plane of the signal data for each input signal
and an output signal generating unit (frequency-time conversion unit) (25) which outputs an output signal by receiving the computation results of the signal processing unit, and converting the results to a signal of a prescribed time domain form. Fine-tuned mixing is thus achieved in both the time domain and frequency domain.
