A code acquisition unit (20) acquires a user code written in a first programming language for writing data editing content using intensive notation, said user code writing content based on the base for the data to be edited. In accordance with a specified correspondence relationship between a second programming language for writing data editing content using extensive notation, and the first programming language, a code generation unit (22) generates an execution code written in the second programming language, said execution code being generated from the user code. An editing process unit (24) edits the data to be edited in accordance with the execution code.
