発明の概要(英語) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an organic compound resistant to external environments such as high voltage or oxygen and usable as an electronic material or blue light-emitting element. This problem is solved by a coumalin condensed ring compound represented by general formula (1). In formula (1), R1-R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxy group, an amino group, an alkylamino group, a dialkylamino group, a trialkylamino group, a trifluoromethyl group, a nitro group, or a cyano group, and Ar represents an aromatic ring or heteroaromatic ring which may have a substituent. When R1-R4 are all hydrogen atoms, Ar is not a benzene ring.
