発明の概要(英語) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for inducing the differentiation of separated germ cells into a germline, said method being suitable for practical use, by, in a surrogate parent fish farming method, improving the engraftment ability of transplanted germ cells to a host gonad and increasing the transplantation efficiency. To solve the problem, provided is a method for inducing the differentiation of separated germ cells into a germline by intraperitoneally transplanting separated fish-derived germ cells having been separated from fish testicle or ovary into a host fish individual before or after hatching, said method comprising: preliminarily acquiring an antibody capable of specifically recognizing an undifferentiated germ cell having an engraftment ability to a host gonad; using the antibody, separating and concentrating spermatogonia having an engraftment ability to a host gonad from the separated fish-derived germ cells to be used in the intraperitoneal transplantation into the host fish; and intraperitoneally transplanting the separated germ cells into the host fish before or after hatching to thereby improve the engraftment ability of the germ cells to the host fish gonad and induce the differentiation of the separated germ cells into the germline.
