発明の概要(英語) The object of the present invention is to provide a preparation for forming emboli, which can retain or release an anti-cancer agent, can be injected into a blood vessel to obstruct the blood vessel, is rarely washed out, has a controlled decomposition time (i.e., the preparation can obstruct a blood vessel for a while so as to prevent the whole of a tissue from becoming necrotic, and can be decomposed rapidly after achieving the function thereof), and is highly safe for living bodies. The preparation for forming emboli according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a solution containing a phenolic hydroxyl-group-modified polymer represented by formula (1) [wherein P represents a biocompatible polymer; A represents a single bond, a -OCO-C2-4-alkenylene group, a -CONH-C1-4-alkylene group or a -HNCO-C1-4-alkylene group; and X represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-3-alkoxy group]; a solution containing at least one component selected from peroxidase, laccase, tyrosinase, catalase and an iron-porphyrin complex; and a solution containing hydrogen peroxide.

1. The below-mentioned formula (1):
(In formula, P is the organism compatibility polymer, A is single bond, or - OCO-C 2-4 - the [arukeniren] basis, - CONH-C 1-4 - the alkylene basis or - HNCO-C 1-4 - is the alkylene basis, X hydrogen or C 1-3 - is alkoxy group)
So the solution which includes the phenol characteristic hydroxyl group decoration polymer which is displayed and,
The solution which includes above the kind which is selected from the peroxidase, the laccase, the tyrosinase, the catalase and the iron porphyrin complex and,
The solution which includes hydrogen peroxide and,
The formulation for *** plug formation which is included.

The 2nd solution which includes hydrogen peroxide and,
The formulation for *** plug formation which is included.

So above the kind which is selected from the phenol characteristic hydroxyl group decoration polymer and the peroxidase, the laccase, the tyrosinase, the catalase and the iron porphyrin complex which are displayed and, the formulation for *** plug formation which includes with above the kind which is selected from the glucose oxydase, the choline oxydase, the amino acid oxydase, the alcoholic oxydase, the pyruvic acid oxydase and the cholesterol oxydase.

The organism compatibility polymer, the gelatin, the pectin, the albumen, hyaluronic acid, the amylopectin and the Quito sun, alginic acid and the denaturation poly- vinyl alcohol which possesses the carboxyl group, in either of the claim 1-3 which is the carboxymethyl cellulose or the collagen the formulation for *** plug formation of statement.

The aforementioned lumen and the aforementioned outside cavity respectively open on distal (2036) edge side of the aforementioned catheter itself, but the aforementioned partition extending far back to proximal edge side, than the distal (2036) edge of the aforementioned catheter itself by being located, with the open part of the aforementioned lumen and the distal (2036) edge of the aforementioned catheter itself, the aforementioned micro catheter where the mixing chamber where the aforementioned lumen and the liquid where the aforementioned outside cavity is supplied respectively are mixed is formed.

Either of the 2nd solution which includes hydrogen peroxide it is something in order to supply one side,
The aforementioned outside cavity, is something in order to supply another side, in claim 10 the micro catheter of statement.

The organism compatibility polymer, the gelatin, the pectin, the albumen, hyaluronic acid, the amylopectin and the Quito sun, alginic acid and the denaturation poly- vinyl alcohol which possesses the carboxyl group, in the claim 11 which is the carboxymethyl cellulose or the collagen the micro catheter of statement.
