発明の概要(英語) Provided are a rotary device for fluid power generation and a fluid power generation device wherein, in a rotary device for fluid power generation that converts kinetic energy of a fluid into electrical energy, the longitudinal vortex is utilized as driving force, thereby causing a high-strength and rigid rotating body having a columnar or similar shape, that is, an airfoil, to rotate, and enabling power to be generated efficiently over a wide range of flow velocity, without eliminating the longitudinal vortex even when the flow velocity fluctuates over a wide range. The rotary device for fluid power generation is configured so as to be equipped with a rotating body 3, and a slipstream body 8, which has one or more intersecting parts and is arranged in an intersecting manner apart from and on the downstream side of the rotating body 3, in the flow direction 10 of the fluid.
