発明の概要(英語) A method and kit for quickly and simply detecting Kawasaki disease is provided. The method for detecting Kawasaki disease comprises measuring the level of at least one component selected from the group consisting of a lipopolysaccharide-binding protein, leucine-rich α2-glycoprotein, angiotensinogen and retinol-binding protein 4 in a sample originating from a subject. The kit for detecting Kawasaki disease comprises at least one reagent selected from a group consisting of a reagent capable of specifically detecting the lipopolysaccharide-binding protein, a reagent capable of specifically detecting leucine-rich α2-glycoprotein, a reagent capable of specifically detecting angiotensinogen and a reagent capable of specifically detecting retinol-binding protein 4.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. The fact that level in the inspection body of subject origin is measured the lipo polysaccharide connection protein and leucine rich ***.alpha.2-guriko protein, at least concerning one which is selected component from the group which consists of [anjiotenshinogen] and retinol connection protein 4, is included, inspection method of the Kawasaki's disease.

It decides, that when level in the inspection body of subject origin is high at least concerning one which is selected component from the lipo polysaccharide connection protein, leucine rich ***.alpha.2-guriko protein and the group which consists of [anjiotenshinogen], the possibility of having contracted a disease in the Kawasaki's disease is high method of the claim 1 statement which it decides that when the aforementioned level is low, the possibility of having contracted a disease in the Kawasaki's disease is low.

Concerning retinol connection protein 4, it decides, that when level in the inspection body of subject origin is low, the possibility of having contracted a disease in the Kawasaki's disease is high method of the claim 1 statement which it decides that when the aforementioned level is high, the possibility of having contracted a disease in the Kawasaki's disease is low.

It is the patient to whom the subject has received the remedy of the Kawasaki's disease, 1 level in the inspection body of subject origin or the plural times is measured in the time when it differs at least concerning one which is selected component from the lipo polysaccharide connection protein, leucine rich ***.alpha.2-guriko protein and the group which consists of [anjiotenshinogen], the aforementioned level is low it decides, that or when it decreases, it recovered from the Kawasaki's disease with remedy, the aforementioned level is high or when it does not decrease, it has not recovered from the Kawasaki's disease with remedy, method of the claim 1 statement which it decides that or, recovery is insufficient.

It is the patient to whom the subject has received the remedy of the Kawasaki's disease, 1 level in the inspection body of subject origin or the plural times is measured in the time when it differs concerning retinol connection protein 4, the aforementioned level is high it decides, that or when it rose, it recovered from the Kawasaki's disease with remedy, the aforementioned level is low or when it does not rise, it has not recovered from the Kawasaki's disease with remedy, method of the claim 1 statement which it decides that or, recovery is insufficient.

6. The inspection body of subject origin, the serum or in either of the claim 1-5 which is all blood method of statement.

One which is selected reagent is included at least from the group which consists of the reagent, can detect leucine rich ***.alpha.2-guriko protein uniquely the reagent, the reagent which can detect [anjiotenshinogen] uniquely and can detect retinol connection protein 4 uniquely the reagent which can detect the lipo polysaccharide connection protein uniquely, the inspection kit of the Kawasaki's disease.
