発明の概要(英語) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a polydimethylsiloxane substrate obtained through the bonding of peptides having an affinity for polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS); a method for immobilizing a target protein on the polydimethylsiloxane substrate; peptides having an affinity for PDMS; polynucleotides for coding the peptides having an affinity for PDMS; and vectors and the like that use the polynucleotides. A polydimethylsiloxane substrate obtained through the bonding of peptides having an affinity for polydimethylsiloxane, said peptides comprising (1a) or (1b) below or fragments thereof. (1a) A peptide comprising an amino acid sequence represented by at least one sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos. 1 to 9. (1b) A peptide having an affinity for polydimethylsiloxane, and comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or a plurality of amino acids have been deleted, substituted and/or added in the amino acid sequence of (1a).

(1b) The peptide where 1 or plural amino acids are deficient the description above (1a) at the time of amino acid arranging, substitution and/or consist of the amino acid arrangement which is added, at the same time, possess poly- dimethyl polysiloxane affinity.

2. It is the peptide where the aforementioned fragment consists of the amino acid residue of the 15-58, in claim 1 the poly- dimethyl polysiloxane backing material of statement.

3. Through the aforementioned poly- dimethyl polysiloxane affinity peptide, the intended protein being fixed by the poly- dimethyl polysiloxane backing material, it becomes, in claim 1 or 2 the poly- dimethyl polysiloxane backing material of statement.

Below being introduced into intended protein, (1a) or (1b) the process which makes with peptide or poly- dimethyl polysiloxane affinity peptide and the poly- dimethyl polysiloxane backing material contact which consist of the fragment is contained, fixation method to the poly- dimethyl polysiloxane backing material of the intended protein;
(1a) From the group which consists of the SEQ ID NO 1-9 the peptide which consists of the amino acid arrangement which is displayed at least in 1 where it is selected kinds,
(1b) The peptide where 1 or plural amino acids are deficient the description above (1a) at the time of amino acid arranging, substitution and/or consist of the amino acid arrangement which is added, at the same time, possess poly- dimethyl polysiloxane affinity.
