発明の概要(英語) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel method for suppressing the nonspecific adsorption of proteins. Knowledge enabling the abovementioned problem to be solved was obtained, leading to the completion of the present invention, by treating a solid phase in a solid-phase treatment solution having a phosphorylcholine group-containing polymer as the main component, treating a sample in a sample treatment solution having a polymer comprising a phosphorylcholine group, a hydroxyl group and a hydrophobic group as the main component, and then adding the treated sample to the treated solid phase.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. The protein non unique adsorption control method include the process -below,
(i) The process which process the solid phase in the solid phase process liquid which designate -phosphoryl choline basis contain polymer with the main component do, and
(ii) The process which add to the solid phase which process the inspection body where it adjust -phosphoryl choline basis and hydroxyl group and the hydrophobic radical and process the inspection body in the inspection body process liquid which designate the polymer which it have with the main component do, furthermore, the said it process do with (i) do do,
-or,
(iii) The process which process the inspection body in the inspection body process liquid which designate the polymer which adjust -phosphoryl choline basis and hydroxyl group and the hydrophobic radical and have with the main component do, and
(iv) The process which add to the solid phase which the inspection body which process the solid phase in the solid phase process liquid which designate -phosphoryl choline basis contain polymer with the main component do, furthermore, it process with (iii) do the said process do do.
