発明の概要(英語) Provided are a cell deterioration diagnostic method and a cell deterioration diagnostic device which are relatively inexpensive and practical. The cell deterioration diagnostic method for diagnosing the cell deterioration of a secondary cell having transient properties is characterized by including: a charging step for charging a secondary cell; a computation step for integrating a potential difference obtained by subtracting the cell internal voltage V0 from the cell inter-terminal voltage during a process in which the cell inter-terminal voltage of the secondary cell converges on the cell internal voltage V0 of the secondary cell after completion of charging, and calculating the integral value of the potential difference; and a diagnosis step for diagnosing the cell deterioration of the secondary cell on the basis of the integral value.
