発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To provide: an iron-chromium-aluminum-based oxide dispersion strengthened steel which can exhibit excellent high-temperature strength even at high temperatures of 1000°C or higher and which does not undergo the deterioration of oxidation resistance; and a method for producing the steel. [Solution] An oxide dispersion strengthened steel 1 which has an aluminum oxide coating film 2 formed on a surface thereof and in which a yttrium-zirconium composite oxide 3 is dispersed, wherein excess oxygen that is oxygen existing in the oxide dispersion strengthened steel 1 excessively more than the amount required for forming yttrium oxide is contained at a molar ratio of 2 or more relative to the amount of zirconium.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. As tunic of alumina is formed to the surface, being the oxide dispersed enhanced steel which the compound oxide of yttrium and zirconium is dispersed inside, above forming oxidation yttrium in the aforementioned oxide dispersed enhanced steel, the excessive oxygen which is the oxygen which exists, 2 or more is contained at the mol ratio for the aforementioned zirconium, the iron - the chrome - the aluminum based oxide dispersed enhanced steel.

2. Zirconium is not contained in the aforementioned tunic, in claim 1 the iron of statement - the chrome - the aluminum based oxide dispersed enhanced steel.

7. The aforementioned excessive oxygen is added, as the oxide of the composition of the aforementioned raw materials powder in claim 6 the iron of statement - the chrome - production method of the aluminum based oxide dispersed enhanced steel.

8. The aforementioned oxide is iron oxide, mass % with 0.24% or more it is added, in claim 7 the iron of statement - the chrome - production method of the aluminum based oxide dispersed enhanced steel.
