発明の概要(英語) The present invention makes it possible to estimate a sleep stage at a time for which there is no data present. The present invention is provided with: an acquiring means for acquiring biological data indicating a heartbeat wave; a parameter estimation means for estimating, for a numerical expression in which an intermediate-frequency component of the heartbeat wave is defined using a parameter, the parameter using the biological data; and a sleep stage estimation means for estimating a sleep stage from the value of the intermediate-frequency component at an arbitrary time on the basis of the numerical expression, the estimated parameter being applied to the numerical expression.
