発明の概要(英語) The purpose of the present invention is to construct a system whereby secretion of procollagen from an animal cells can be detected. This purpose can be achieved by a fusion protein of a fluorescent protein or luminescent protein and a collagen-related protein which is a collagen protein, a procollagen protein, a preprocollagen protein having a repeating amino acid sequence of Gly-Xaa-Yaa (where Gly represents glycine and Xaa and Yaa represent arbitrary amino acids), or a variant or fragment thereof.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. Gly-Xaa-Yaa (in formula, Gly is glycine, and Xaa and Yaa optional amino acid are) are the pre-professional collagen protein, the professional collagen protein, the collagen protein, or those mutants, or those fragments which possess repetition amino acid arrangement, the collagen-related protein and the fluorescent protein or the luminous protein the fusion protein.

2. The aforementioned fluorescent protein or the luminous protein, to the [N]-puro protein, the collagen protein of N end of the professional collagen protein or the [C]-puro protein of C end being bonded or being inserted, in claim 1 the fusion protein of statement.

The aforementioned fluorescent protein or the luminous protein from C end of the collagen protein from 30 amino acids is inserted on N terminal side, and/or the fluorescent protein or the luminous protein from N end of [C]-puro protein is inserted on C end side than 30 amino acids, in claim 1 or 2 the fusion protein of statement.
