発明の概要(英語) The invention provides a method for synthesizing NAD+ or NADH in an enzyme reaction system that requires NAD+ or NADH to supplement the NAD+ lost due to thermal decomposition in the enzyme reaction system, and a transformant set for coenzyme production to be used in this method. Specifically, the invention is a method for producing a coenzyme characterized by synthesizing NAD+ or NADH in an enzyme reaction system that requires NAD+ or NADH by adding one or more heat-resistant enzymes necessary for the reaction to synthesize NAD+ from nicotinamide in the enzyme reaction, and a transformant set for coenzyme production characterized by comprising one or more transformants having a heat-resistant microorganism as the host, obtained by introducing a gene that encodes one or more heat-resistant enzymes necessary for the reaction to synthesize NAD+ or NADH from nicotinamide.

1. NAD (+) it features that it synthesizes NAD (+) in the enzyme reaction system which is needed, NAD (+) by adding or more which are required for the reaction in order to synthesize the heat-resistant enzyme of 1 kinds or 2 kinds, in inside the aforementioned enzyme reaction system from [ADP]-RIBOSU and nicotinamide, production method of the coenzyme.
