Provided is a method for easily and efficiently producing encapsulated substance vesicles wherein a substance is encapsulated in the cavity of vesicles obtained by polymer self-assembly.
Empty vesicles that have membranes comprising a first polymer that is a block copolymer with uncharged hydrophilic segments and a first kind of charged segments and a second polymer with a second kind of charged segments that carry a charge that is the opposite of said first kind of charged segments as well as spaces that are enclosed by said membranes are mixed in an aqueous medium with the substance that is to be encapsulated in the spaces.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. A vesicle, and the gap is enclosed by a membrane having a membrane and having, wherein the membrane hydrophilic segment and a cationic segment having a non-charged block copolymer, and a nucleic acid,
Wherein, the non-charged hydrophilic segment is a polyalkylene glycol segment, and
Wherein the amino acid segment is a cationic segment is cationic.

2. Vesicle according to claim 1, wherein, an outer film, intermediate layer and inner layer of a three-layer structure.

3. Vesicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein, a cationic segment of the nucleic acid to phosphate molar ratio of cationic groups N+/P ratio more than 1.0 and less than 3.0.

4. Claim 1-3 according to any one of vesicles, wherein the, membrane further contains a crosslinking agent.

5. Vesicle according to claim 4, wherein, for crosslinking a cationic segment of the cationic group of more than 0.1 molar ratio is CL/N.

6. Vesicle according to claim 4 or 5, wherein, the crosslinking agent is glutaraldehyde.

7. Claim 1-6 according to any one of vesicles, as a drug delivery system.
