発明の概要(英語) Provided are a microscope optical module, a microscope, a control device for a microscope optical module, and a multiphoton excitation microscope capable of high-speed switching of observation visual fields and allowing observation of a larger visual field. The microscope optical module according to the present invention is added near the objective beam of a microscope and comprises: an optical-axis-shifting optical system equipped with an optical element; a support means that supports the optical-axis-shifting optical system and positions the optical-axis-shifting optical system in relation to the objective beam of the microscope; and a rotating means arranged on the support means and rotatably supporting the optical-axis-shifting optical system in relation to the optical axis of the objective beam.
