発明の概要(英語) This nano-fluid device is provided with a first substrate having a nanoscale groove in one surface thereof, and a second substrate for forming a nano-flow channel with the groove of the first substrate, the second substrate being provided integrally with the first substrate so that faces thereof are joined together, wherein either the first substrate or the second substrate is provided at least with a thin-walled part in a portion at a position overlapping with the nano-flow channel in plan view, and the thin-walled part deforms by pressure thereon and opens and closes the nano-flow channel.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. The 1st baseplate and the said 1st baseplate which possess the groove of the nano- scale all over and connecting mutual phase, to be provided as one unit, with the groove of the aforementioned 1st baseplate being the nano- fluid device which has with the 2nd baseplate which forms the nano- passage,
Either the aforementioned 1st baseplate or the aforementioned 2nd baseplate as for one side, plane surface apparent doing, at least in portion of the position where it is piled up with the aforementioned nano- passage having thin,
The aforementioned thin becoming deformed with pushing pressure, the nano- fluid device which opens and closes the aforementioned nano- passage.
