発明の概要(英語) The objective of the invention is to provide a process for suppressing the fluctuations of a target-binding peptide, in other words, to provide a process for stabilizing a target-biding peptide. The above-mentioned problem can be solved by a process for stabilizing a target-binding peptide characterized in that, when a substitution region with a root mean square fluctuation value of 1.5Å or less in a structure containing the scaffold protein loop of the present invention, is substituted by base peptides: alanine peptides, glycine peptides, proline peptides, and serine peptides, the root mean square fluctuation value of these peptides in the scaffold protein is 1.5Å or less, and said substitution region is substituted by a target-binding peptide constituted of 3 to 15 amino acids.

1.
