発明の概要(英語) In a spring mechanism 11, a negative spring mechanism 17D for biasing a loading plate 15 to the positive side of the z direction comprises a spring shaft 27D and an interspring 29D. The spring shaft 27D is rotatably connected to a fixed part 13 and is connected, via a slider 25D, to the loading plate 15 so as to be rotatable and movable in the x direction. The connection to the loading plate 15 is positioned on the positive side of the z direction and the positive side of the x direction with respect to the connection to the fixed part 13. An elastic force that opposes compression is generated. The interspring 29D is connected to the loading plate 15 and is connected to the spring shaft 27D via the slider 25D, and generates an elastic force that opposes displacement of the connection of the spring shaft 27D to the loading plate 15 to the positive side of the x direction.
