発明の概要(英語) An objective of the present invention is to provide: a positive electrode active material for lithium ion secondary batteries that exhibits high charge-discharge capacity and that comprises a Li2TiO3-type lithium transition metal composite oxide having a rock salt structure; a positive electrode for lithium ion secondary batteries; a lithium ion secondary battery; an electronic device; and a vehicle. The positive electrode active material for lithium ion secondary batteries has a rock salt structure represented by general formula (1)... LixTi2x-1Mn2-3xO (0.50<x<0.67), and has an average particle diameter of at most 0.5μm.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. General system: Li [x] Ti [2x-1] Mn [2-3x] O (0.50<x<0.67)... it possesses the rock salt type structure which is inscribed with (1), the positive electrode active material for the lithium ion accumulator where mean diameter is 0.5 .micro.m or less.

2. In the aforementioned general system (1) x is 0.55<=x<0.63, in claim 1 the positive electrode active material for the lithium ion accumulator of statement.

3. The same as the contribution of oxidation restoration of the transition metal ion which contribution of oxidation restoration of the oxide ion contains in the aforementioned solid solution at the time of electric charge compensating which accompanies the movement of the lithium ion which is in the midst of charging and, or in the claim 1 which is above that or 2 the positive electrode active material for the lithium ion accumulator of statement.

4. Either of the claim 1-3 the positive electrode for the lithium ion accumulator which includes with the positive electrode active material for the lithium ion accumulator of statement and the electric conduction material and the binder to one section.

5. In claim 4 the positive electrode for the lithium ion accumulator of statement and the lithium ion accumulator which has with cathode and nonaqueous electrolyte.

6. Early charge capacity is 260mAh/g, in claim 5 the lithium ion accumulator of statement.

7. The electronic equipment which has the lithium ion accumulator which is stated in claim 6 as power source for drive.
