発明の概要(英語) Provided are a vitrification stabilizer for an animal cell cryopreservation fluid, and an animal cell cryopreservation fluid which exhibits superior vitrification capabilities due to the animal cell cryopreservation fluid containing the vitrification stabilizer for an animal cell cryopreservation fluid. The vitrification stabilizer for an animal cell cryopreservation fluid contains: an amphoteric polymer compound selected from the group consisting of (a) a carboxylated amphoteric polymer compound obtained by reacting ε-poly-L-lysine with butyl succinic anhydride, (b) a carboxylated amphoteric polymer compound obtained by reacting ε-poly-L-lysine with butyl succinic anhydride and succinic anhydride, or (c) a carboxylated amphoteric polymer compound obtained by reacting ε-poly-L-lysine with a compound represented by formula I; and (d) a sucrose polymer macromolecule to which epichlorohydrin has been crosslinked.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. The amphoteric high polymer which (a) below, (b) and (c) was selected from the group which consists of, possesses the amino group and the carboxyl group in the same monad and,
(D) Epichlorohydrin it includes with the sucrose polymer macromolecule which builds a bridge, the glass conversion state stabilization medicine for the animal cell freezing retention liquid:
(A) Reacting .epsilon.-pori-L-rijin with the butyl succinic anhydride, to carboxyl the amphoteric high polymer which is converted;
(B) Reacting .epsilon.-pori-L-rijin, with the butyl succinic anhydride and the succinic anhydride, to carboxyl the amphoteric high polymer which is converted;
Or
(C) .epsilon.-pori-L-rijin, the following formula I:
(However, in the above-mentioned formula,
R1 and R2, in the respective independence, were the hydrogen atom or the alkyl group of C1-C4, or the alkane of C1-C6 where or R1 and R2 became united and were formed - it is the jiiru basis;
R3 and R4, in the respective independence, were the hydrogen atom or the alkyl group of C1-C4, or the alkane of C1-C6 where or R3 and R4 became united and were formed - it is the jiiru basis;
R5 and R6, in the respective independence, were the hydrogen atom or the alkyl group of C1-C4, or the alkane of C1-C6 where or R5 and R6 became united and were formed - it is the jiiru basis)
So reacting with the chemical compound which is displayed, to carboxyl the amphoteric high polymer which is converted.
