発明の概要(英語) According to the present invention, a desired modulus of elasticity is designed using a sheet material having incisions in a kirigami structure. A stiffness constant K1 or a Young's modulus E1 of a sheet starting material is adjusted to a desired value by forming alternating incisions in a kirigami structure, on the basis of a relational expression K1=(α/2N) × E × d3h/w3 or E1=α(d/w)4 × E in an initial deformation region in which in-plane deformation is maintained, where w is the width of the incisions in a first direction, d is the arrangement pitch thereof in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and N is an incision repeat unit number in the second direction, and appropriately selecting the values of the incision width w, the pitch d and the repeat unit number N. Here, E is the Young's modulus of the constituent material of the sheet starting material before incisions have been made, h is the thickness of the sheet starting material, and α is a numerical coefficient.
