発明の概要(英語) In the method for manufacturing an intercalation substance according to the present invention, a first ion source 20 including first ions not forming the skeleton of a structure and a first processing object 10 as a host are alternately layered or placed facing each other. Second ions having the same sign as the first ions are injected into the first ion source 20 from the reverse side thereof from the first processing object 10, whereby the first ions included in the first ion source 20 are moved as guests to the first processing object 10 and intercalation is performed. For example, the first processing object 10 is TaS2, the first ion source 20 is a glass substrate, the first ions are Li+ or other alkali metal ions, and the second ions are protons.
