By clicking on titles such as [Title of Invention], you can display the individual data.
Furthermore, if you click on the [Generate Patent Map] button, a patent map with the search results as its general population will be displayed. (However, only domestic (Japanese) unexamined patent applications are covered)
The search results are displayed by relevant number for each database, and the titles of several items for each database are displayed. When the title such as ‘Title of Invention,’ etc. is clicked, the display of individual data appears. In addition, it is also possible to advance to the list of each database, and display the total list of relevant data.

Generate Patent Map
Conditions to Generate Patent Map
From the pull-down menu, you can select one of the following conditions, which are: “All Data”, “Accelerate Successful Exploitation of IP (Science and Technology Commons)”, “Applicant”, “IPC”, ” Keywords”. “All Data” and “Accelerate Successful Exploitation of IP (Science and Technology Commons)” are both the general population of the created patent map. Other options such as “applicants”, “IPC” or “Keywords” are ranking items covering all data. When selecting “Applicant”, “IPC” or “Keywords”, you are required to specify the search condition of applicant, IPC or keywords.
Detailed Usage

When creating the patent map by selecting type “Keyword”, if you want to use multiple words as the creating condition enter the terms by separating them with a space as in “ceramics strength”. In this case a patent map which includes both the terms, “ceramics” and “strength” will be created. Details about how to enter search terms can be referred to at Details of Search Query.
Word Plus
After entering the search term and then clicking the “Word Plus” button, the allographs, heteronyms, synonyms and English translations of the search term will be shown.
If you click on a word that you want to include in the search, and then click the “Generate Patent Map” button, the map created will also include the selected term.

If you click on the number in the bar graph, a list of the patents corresponding to the bar graph will appear. In the list, the application number, name of invention and the data provider will be displayed.

Furthermore, by clicking on the “detail search” button, the field, IPC, publication date, etc, which are the detailed search conditions of the corresponding patent map can be specified.
Detailed Usage
By entering a search term and clicking the [search] button, the allographs, heteronyms and synonyms of the search term entered including its English translations will be displayed.
If you click the term that you wish to search and re-click the [search] button, a search will be executed which includes the term selected.

Announcement from the Industry-Academic Collaboration Office of JST Department of Industry-Academic Collaboration, which operates J-STORE, is displayed after dividing to the database updating information (topics) and system-related information (system) of J-STORE.
Data during the latest one month

The posted date and the number of posted items for each database during the latest one month are displayed. When the number of items on the right-side of the posted date is clicked, the introduction page of the posted data on that posted date is shown.
Number of posted items

The posted number for each database of J-STORE is shown on monthly basis. When the number of posted items is clicked, the list of posted data corresponding to the number of posted items is displayed.

Inquiry on whole J-STORE

When the ‘Inquiry” on the top and bottom link of the page is clicked, the ‘Inquiry form,’ which can send an inquiry mail on whole J-STORE, is displayed.
Inquiry on individual data

In the detailed display of each database, there is the display of inquiry site under the display of data. In the case of a data provider where inquiry form is available, ‘Inquiry form’ is displayed. When ‘Inquiry button’ is clicked, the data in the display can be asked.
