PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further shorten a construction period; and to reduce cost by surely regulating a position of a ladder type sleeper.
SOLUTION: This ladder type sleeper 100 has a pair of left-right longitudinal beams 101 for supporting a rail 200 by an upper surface, and a cross beam 102 for connecting the mutual longitudinal beams 101, and is laid on a concrete roadbed 400. The rail 200 is laid on the longitudinal beams 101 of the ladder type sleeper 100. Metallic sleeper regulating tools 1 and 3 are fixed to the concrete roadbed 400. The ladder type sleeper 100 is positionally regulated in a prescribed position by the sleeper regulating tools 1 and 3.
