PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder sleeper and railroad track, which efficiently absorb shock and vibration of trains.
SOLUTION: Under a pair of rails, in the longitudinal direction of the rails, a pair of longitudinal beams 6 are installed. The longitudinal beams 6 are connected by connectors 9 at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the beams 6. The connectors 9 has a more flexible structure than the longitudinal beam. The longitudinal beams 6 are constructed through a rubber vibration isolators 29 made of elastic material, arranged intermittently at regular intervals at the both end parts and the middle parts of the longitudinal beams 6. On one of the either side of the inside rails or outside rails of the beams 6, sleeper projections 30 are laid, while corresponding to each sleeper projection 30, road bed projections 31 are arranged at the sleeper projections 30 and the longitudinal beams 6 at regular intervals. Between the road bed projections 31 and the longitudinal beams 6, and the sleeper projections 30, cushion rubbers 32 are installed.
