PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a large displacement in the back and forth directions of an axle box body by arranging a conical laminated rubber member in sideways between a truck frame and an axle box body.
SOLUTION: An axle box 4 storing an axle bearing exists around a wheel axle 3. On the axle box 4, an axle spring 27 to be a coil spring is placed. On this spring 27, a truck frame 2 is mounted via an axle spring seat 25 covering the upper surface and the external surface of this spring 27. In the right direction from the axle box 4, a supporting axle 81 extending in the back and forth directions of a car body is projectingly provided. Tow rows of rubber members (elastic members) 61 of laminated structures are fitted with a rear surface aligning. Further, the outer periphery of this rubber member 61 is fitted into a easing 41. Because the easing 41 is fixed to an axle box mounting part 23 fixed to the truck frame 2 with a bolt 22, a supporting axle 81 is elastically supported by the truck frame 2 via a conical laminated rubber member 61.
