PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic reinforcement-arranging device by which a carbon fiber can be continuously and stably arranged on a plurality of anchors planted on the bottom section in a mold for laying concrete plates.
SOLUTION: This automatic reinforcement-arranging device is equipped with a holding member, an X, Y and Z axes-moving means, a guide nozzle, an injection nozzle, and a control means. In this case, the holding member holds a feeding reel on which the carbon fiber is wound. The X, Y and Z axes- moving means moves the holding member in the directions of the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis. The upper end of the guide nozzle is attached to the holding member, and the guide nozzle continuously pulls out the carbon fiber wound on the feeding reel in spaces between the plurality of anchors in the mold. The injection nozzle injects an adhesive to the anchor sections on which the carbon fiber pulled out by the guide nozzle is stretched, in a spot state. The control means automates the moving of the moving means in the directions of the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis, and the injection of the adhesive by the injection nozzle.
