PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively construct a damper test system and make test procedures easy without using a large-size and a large-capacity actuator.
SOLUTION: A floor plate part 5 is set stretching between gate-shaped leg parts 2. The floor plate part 5 is supported on the leg parts 2 by rollers 6 arranged at four corners to be movable in a right-left direction of the drawing. A rubber 7 is interposed replaceably between a central part of an upper end beam 2a of each leg part 2 and the floor plate part 5, which generates a repulsive force for elastically restoring the floor plate part 5 to a neutral position when the floor plate part moves in a horizontal direction. A shaker 8 is fixedly set on the floor plate part 5, which shakes the floor plate part 5 by the linear forward-backward motion of a dynamic mass 12 when a shaft 11 is reversibly rotated by a motor 10. A mass of the floor plate part 5 and the dynamic mass 12 is determined so that an inertia force of the floor plate part 5 when shaked generates vibrations of an actual size and a real time scale of a structure to which a damper 15 for damping is to be applied. The vibration of the floor plate part 5 is inputted to the damper 15 and a dynamic response of the damper 15 at this time is observed by a computer 14.
