PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a photosetting resin by a mold.
SOLUTION: The recessed part 71 of the lower mold 7 made of a metal mounted on a lower mold fixing member is filled with the photosetting resin 11 as shown by Fig. 2 (a) and the photosetting resin 11 is pressed by an upper mold 2 comprising plate glass mounted on an upper mold fixing member 1 as shown by Fig. 2 (b). In such a state, the photosetting resin 11 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet irradiation part 5 through the glass upper mold 2 to be cured. When the upper and lower mold fixing members 1 and 6 are opened as shown by Fig. 2 (c), a molded article 12 is bonded to the glass upper mold 2 to be demolded from the recessed part 71 of the metal lower mold 7. The inner surface of the recessed part 71 is coated with a lubricating liquid before the recessed part 71 is filled with the photosetting resin 11. Teflon (R) or the like may be applied to the inner surface off the recessed part 71 in place of the lubricating liquid.
