報告名称 生体高分子組織化の可逆的制御と機能材料への展開
報告概要 本研究はアンチセンス法などの遺伝子治療において、外部刺激により核酸認識制御機能を有する人工核酸を用いる事により、遺伝子治療機能の積極的かつ動的制御という新しい概念を導入し、正常細胞では機能することなく、がん細胞でのみ治療効果を発現するのみならず、極初期の「見えないがん細胞においても抑制機能を発現しうる」次世代の遺伝子治療薬として期待される人工核酸の創製を目指した。
