報告名称 生体防御のメカニズム 植物の感染防御機構の生物有機化学的解明
報告概要 植物の感染防御機構の生物有機化学的に解明することは、外的防御法の開発や種の改良に大きな情報が得られると同時に、地球環境規模の汚染にも将来的には結びつくと考えられる。本年度は以下の研究を行った。
1)コムギおよびトウモロコシの従属栄養期におけるbenzoxazinine類合成酵素の発現動態、特性等を明らかにすると共にゲノム解析を試みた。
2)エンバクのファイトアレキシンavenanthramide類の生合成過程をエリシターによる酵素活性の誘導を指標に解析した。
3)バナナおよびイチゴ未熟果実のファイトアレキシン生合成経路を調べた。
4)イネのファイトアレキシンの誘導機構の解析および生合成酵素のクローニングを行った。
5)生物検定を指標に、野生植物の構成的および誘導的抗菌物質の構造解析ならびに生成様式を追及した。
6)植物着生菌や根圏微生物による宿主植物の防御、植物内生菌の宿主の病原抵抗性昂進の機構を検討した。
