報告名称 極限環境状態における現象 極限環境を用いた超伝導体の臨界状態の解明
報告概要 本研究プロジェクトは高温超伝導体の臨界状態の諸特性の理解と材料および応用技術を開発するための探索研究である。独自開発のILSTSFZ法(特許申請中)を用いて,従来になく大型かつ高純度のBi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ単結晶を合成した。原子レベルでの構造解析を行って,その構造的な均一性や超伝導特性を調べた。また,ジョセフソン弱結合状態を有する高温超伝導体の超伝導プラズマ共鳴や,縦モード,横モードの分離の研究を行い,マイクロ波領域でのデバイス作成の可能性を示唆した。また,単結晶体の磁束状態の精密測定や電気抵抗の測定を行い,図1に模式的に示したように,高温超伝導体が有する特異なパラメータにより発現される磁束状態の特徴的な挙動を解析した。また,ジョセフソンプラズマ共鳴による磁束状態の解明やドーピングを変えた良質な結晶を用いた渦糸磁束系の相図の測定,直流伝導度や局所磁化とその揺らぎの測定による磁束液体相における磁束系のダイナミックスの解析を行った。
