超構造分子の創製と有機量子デバイスへの応用

報告名称 超構造分子の創製と有機量子デバイスへの応用
報告概要 トポロジカルに構造制御された分子である「超構造分子」(例デンドリマ等)を設計・合成し,それらに電荷分布の非対称性,反応の異方性等を付与する。一方トポロジカルに設計されたπ電子は,結合切断,電子授受をトリガーとして分子内でスピン整列し,高スピン状態を実現する。この様な高スピン分子を「量子スピン素子」と位置付け,分子内に組み込まれた配列制御部位の示す磁気集積能により,超構造体を形成する。この超構造分子を用いる有機デバイスの創製を目的とした。
超構造分子グループは,
1)超構造分子の構造最適化,
2)光電子物性および性能の評価,
3)近接場領域における光物性評価を,
量子スピン素子グループは,
1)精密設計スピン分子の合成,
2)超分子スピンシステムの構築,
3)超構造分子スピンシステムの構築,
4)単分子スピン素子の開発を行い,
DNAグループは,
メゾスコピックなDNA集合体を作製し,インターカレーターで化学ドープして生じた光電流応答の測定(図1)に成功した。
