Title METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAYERED DOUBLE HYDROXIDE CRYSTAL
Abstract This method for manufacturing a layered double hydroxide crystal comprises: a step for preparing a raw material prepared by further adding a Na source substance to a mixture obtained by mixing a Ni source substance, a Fe source substance, and a Na source substance on the basis of the stoichiometric ratio of a precursor crystal; a step for producing a precursor crystal composed of NaNi1-xFexO2 crystals (0.25<x≤0.9) by heating the raw material at 600-1,000ºC for at least one hour; and a step for exchanging sodium ions of the precursor crystal for chloride ions.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The layered double hydroxide (Layered Double Hydroxides: LDHs) is an anion exchangeable inorganic ion exchanger, and is a layered inorganic compound having a structure in which a metal oxide (host layer) and an anionic species or water molecule (guest layer) are alternately layered. Since the anionic species of the guest layer can be exchanged for the anionic species in the, solution while maintaining the, layered structure, it has been found to exhibit highly selective ion exchange properties utilizing interlayer (two-dimensional space).
In the related art, selective ion exchange properties of LDHs have been discussed. for example, an adsorbent having Mg-Al hydrotalcite has been devised as an adsorbent capable of simultaneously and selectively adsorbing nitrate ions, phosphorus, and arsenic from an aqueous solution (see Patent Document 1).
