Abstract Provided are a diagnostic imaging assistance device, a diagnostic imaging assistance system and a diagnostic imaging assistance method with which it is possible to determine a state of a captured image of an anterior eye part by machine learning. A diagnostic imaging assistance system 10 comprises an image processing determination device 12 having: an image database 30 for storing a learning image PL of an anterior eye part and information relating to a state of the learning image PL; and a determination unit 36 for determining the state of a captured subject image P by carrying out machine learning on the basis of the image database 30. This configuration makes it possible to determine the state of the subject image P, which is a captured image of the anterior eye part of the subject, by machine learning.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Recently, software has been developed to diagnose ocular diseases based on captured images. For example, the technology described in Non-Patent Document 1 is disclosed. According to such software, diagnosis of the presence or absence of a disease and the type of disease can be supported based on the captured image of the eye of the subject.
However, in diagnosis using such images, images captured using special equipment such as an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography; Optical Coherence Tomometer) or a Fundoscopic Camera are used, and it is necessary for the subject to go to the location where these devices are installed.
